I cannot recall how I got that fascinated with West Africa at the age of 13, but after passionately plastering my walls with pictures, collecting articles and visiting exhibitions a lecture about the sewage water system in Accra/Ghana really caught me =D. I was looking at the slides of little puddles filled with brown water and plastic bottles and thought "I HAVE to go there!".

So now I am finally going and I gotta say my nerves are not handling the excitement too well! Thank god chocolate pudding does such a good job! =D

Thanks to Joseph, I will have a beautiful home in Lomé for four weeks. Also, that means a big muscular man is by my side, so no need to worry. Somebody is there to keep me from stealing nice juicy fruits from the Grand Marché... hihi.

I will try to keep you posted, but be sure I am more than well and happy even though I might not make it to the internet café that regularly.. there are always the power cuts to be made responsible!

:D

Thank you for visiting! If you feel a little bored in September you are welcome to have a look into the essivi.blog.co.uk.

Take care et à plus tard!
